This was 2 weekends ago. I baked. Because I wasn’t feeling all too sweet. LOL. :-\ And I baked sugar cookies; too much irony. Hrhr.
I was envious of Carmi’s own batch of sugar cookies for Valentine’s day that time that I made an impromptu batch of cookies haha. It was my first time to do egg white icing too! I have yet to save up and complete the necessary tools for baking. I just bought an icing piping set last weekend. I need other baking stuff. That’s an addition to my to do list this year, if I won’t be collecting books per payday, it shall be baking stuff. Haha.
Recipe came from Joy of Baking. Here are the results, tadaaa~ My brothers gave their approval for the taste as they keep on digging through the cookies even without the icing yet haha.
