[Late post]
And so finally, the date changes. Yeah, I wasn’t really in the best mood to celebrate Valentine’s this year, even if we I initially planned out this day weeks before. So anyway, how was hearts day in the city?
It wasn’t that bad. You’ll never be alone if you have family and friends who love you and will make an extra effort to be with you. I had lunch date with Dad and Dwayne at Tapa King. 
Dwayne luckily did not have classes in the afternoon for today and Dad, well, Dad was just supposed to meet us for lunch coming from the office too but turned out he decided to skip the morning and head straight for lunch but then decided to skip the entire day and the two went shopping instead, LOL.

It was just such a nice feeling to be able to give your brother your wallet and let him order anything he wants haha. After just about or so, Dwayne’s Tapa King Plate is finished.

And here are the gifts from Mom, which signifies her long time addiction to Chinese charms and Feng Shui haha.

Thankfully, Camille was in the city this day, too, feeling miserable as well since her boyfriend just flew out of the country and will be gone for a year (well, not thankful for that baks ha? Hahaha yung nandito ka lang din). I was able to convince her that we have to keep each other company today given the fact that we’re both alone in this busy part of the country haha. And so despite her argument that it’s already late (it was just past 8PM that time lol), we just decided to meet half way.
We ate at Pancake House for some comforting and homey pancakes for dinner.

To my supposed to be valentine,
Thank you for all the love given that made me deliriously happy, for all the hurt that made me stronger and for the friendship that comforts me knowing that no matter how bitchy I am, you’d always be there. Valentine’s may not be our day, but who cares? It was hearts day all the time until life took over. I wish you a happy heart and eventually, butterflies in the tummy again.
All in all, thank God that I survived that day. Haha.
